I think I'll do these every Friday.
1. Tomorrow is mom's birthday. She'd be 53. I'm thinking about her more this week.
2. Sunday is the 10th anniversary of the attacks. I guess I'm thinking of that, too.
3. The verses that stuck out to me this week are: Proverbs 3:7. Do not be wise in your own eyes, but love the Lord and shun evil. It's a good follow up to my favorites, verses 5 and 6. Also, Psalm 9:18, the needy will not always be forgotten, and the hope of the afflicted will never perish.
