Q is for Quiche

I made some today.  Somehow when I put the recipe on a Word Document, I forgot to put the amount of eggs.  I had to look at other recipes: some use 2, some use 5.  That's quite a discrepancy.  What I made looks good, though.  I need to taste it I suppose.  Eggs are the defining ingredient though in the same way life is more gooey when certain people aren't in it in the right amount.
